We have two basic rates: winter (ski season) and the rest of the year. The winter rates begin Thanksgiving week and end March 15. We, of course, cannot guarantee that the ski resorts will have enough snow for skiing during any period of time. Sometimes they open the slopes as early as Thanksgiving. Sometimes the slopes do not close until the end of March. It is always best to call the ski areas to ask if there will be skiing during your reserved stay at Fall Creek Lodges & Cabins. The table, below, gives you an idea of the rates for each season. All rates are for groups up to 25 guests in the Grandview Lodge and 6 guests in the Jamestown Cabin. There will be a surcharge for larger groups.

If you have a group of more than 35 please call for special combined rates for the Grandview Lodge and the Jamestown Cabin.

In order to confirm a reservation you must place a deposit by credit card or check. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. If you want to reserve with a check you need to call us and confirm on the day you are sending the check. We will hold the dates for you for a reasonable period to allow the check to arrive.

The necessary deposit to confirm a stay of four nights or less is an amount equal to one night's rental fee. For stays of five nights or longer the deposit must be at least equal to two nights' rental fee. Deposits for the winter holiday season will be equal to one fourth of the rental fees. In all cases the deposit is not refundable. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
