Welcome to the Grandview Lodge!
Our largest, "flagship" lodge is known as the
Grandview Lodge.
The Grandview is a unique, 6500 square
foot Log Lodge built from gigantic, pine timbers imported from Norway by the
original owner, renowned artist, Ann Adams.
Situated on Beech Mountain, near Banner
Elk, North Carolina, in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, the lodge is
unparalleled in size and beauty in this area.
The lodge has always been imbued with a
great deal of charm and character, but now it has been renovated to include:

 The
lodge includes a huge deck with panoramic views of Grandfather Mountain, the
most famous scenic element of this area. The deck is large enough to have a
party for your entire group, with part of it covered for snowy or misty
times.
 Inside,
the lodge has 10 bedrooms, in many configurations, with enough beds to hold
up to 40 people. There are six full bathrooms. The huge living room
regularly
accommodates group meetings for over 30 guests. The living room also
features Satellite TV, a DVD player, VCR, fireplace and the same beautiful
view as seen from the deck.
 The
upstairs kitchen features two refrigerators, large oven and enough cookware
and dinnerware to feed your whole group. There are three dining areas (one
with a fireplace) with tables and chairs enough to seat 30 people at a time.
The 10 bedrooms offer myriad combinations of beds and bed sizes to
accommodate almost any group's needs. From a cozy, private room with one
king size bed, to a huge bedroom (the former "Master Suite") which features a
king, two doubles and a twin.

All of the bedrooms have recently been upgraded with matching "nature"
themed quilts and pillow shams that are a perfect compliment to the logs and
open beamed ceilings.
 Downstairs
there is a cozy living room
which includes a gas fireplace, pool table, foosball table and Playstations for
the kids (or the young at heart). There is also a second kitchen for your
group's larger cooking needs. We do not supply games for the Playstations.
Please bring your own.
 Outside,
our deck is partially covered, with three gas grills (to feed a large
group at one time) and tables and chairs for outside dining. We also feature
a large, luxurious, Hotsprings Landmark hot tub with
beautiful
views.
